Job Title: Content Operator & Part Time Project Manager
Location: Fully Remote (Eastern Time Zone Preferred)
Reports to: CEO
Commitment: 4 meeting hours weekly, 5 passive working hours weekly, full time communicator
Compensation: $1800 monthly (roughly $50 an hour)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Content Operator and Part Time Project Manager to oversee and streamline our content development pipelines. This role is pivotal in ensuring all published content and marketing collateral meet the highest quality standards and are delivered efficiently. You will act as the central communication hub between teams, manage operational tools, and uphold our commitment to innovation.
Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Management

Develop and execute a content strategy that drives product awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.

Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content across video, blog, email, social media, and other digital platforms.

Ensure consistency and brand alignment across all published content.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, sales) to align content initiatives with company objectives.

Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and content releases.

Operations & Team Leadership

Manage and support a team of content creators, video producers, designers, and external contractors.

Optimize content workflows, leveraging automation and best practices to enhance efficiency.

Establish and enforce content guidelines, ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency.

Oversee Trello boards and project management tools to track content development, deadlines, and approvals.

Facilitate weekly team meetings, ensuring all pending projects stay on track and roadblocks are addressed.

Project Planning & Execution

Create and oversee integrated marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and lead-generation initiatives.

Define campaign goals and KPIs, ensuring measurable impact and continuous optimization.

Coordinate with stakeholders to finalize and lock marketing strategies before execution.

Monitor campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine content strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication

Act as the central communication hub between development, design, marketing, and leadership teams.

Streamline messaging for product launches, ensuring clear, consistent communication across platforms.

Identify collaboration opportunities with influencers, content creators, and industry professionals to expand reach.
Requirements:

3+ years of experience in content strategy, operations, or digital marketing (preferably in the music/audio industry).

Proven leadership in managing content teams and large-scale content projects.

Deep understanding of content marketing, SEO, video production, and audience engagement.

Familiarity with music production software, DAWs, plugins, and audio engineering concepts.

Strong analytical skills with experience using content performance tools (Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with project tracking tools (Trello)

Experience in music production, sound design, or audio engineering.

A background in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with creative professionals.

Knowledge of market trends and competitive analysis within the audio plugin industry.
